AI productivity

What the AI layer handles, and what it deliberately does not.

What the AI does

The AI layer in Home3 PRO targets repetitive work with a predictable structure - reading documents for dates, drafting routine messages, summarising long files. It is not intended to make judgements on your behalf.

▪
Document summaries

Condense a long contract or disclosure into the terms and obligations that matter.

▪
Deadline extraction

Read dates and contingency periods out of a contract and populate the transaction timeline.

▪
Drafted communication

Generate routine client updates and follow-ups from the transaction state.

▪
File search

Find the clause, date, or figure you need across the documents on a transaction.

Review before use

Every AI output is presented for review. Extracted dates appear as suggestions before they are committed to a timeline. Drafted messages require approval before sending. Summaries carry a link to the source passage.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Home3 PRO surfaces it as a starting point for your judgement, not as a substitute for reading the document. The agent remains responsible for the accuracy of dates, obligations, and communication on a transaction.

Credits & limits

AI actions consume credits. Routine operations draw modestly; longer document analysis and generated reports draw more.

Agent tier includes 10 high-effort AI operations per cycle, for tasks like full contract analysis or CMA generation. Buyer tier includes the standard AI agent; Agent tier receives priority processing.

Full allocations are in Utility & tiers.

How your data is used

Documents and communication processed by the AI layer are handled under the terms set out in the Privacy Policy. See Security & support for the operational detail.
