Every Home3 account starts on Scout, the free tier. Buyer and Agent are paid plans - $9.99 and $29.99 per month, or $99 and $299 per year - which raise credit allocations, lift feature limits, and add capabilities not available on the free tier. Holding HOME3 is an optional alternative route to the same access.

Credits are the unit of consumption inside the Home3 app. Metered actions - AI property analysis, market reports, document review, CMA generation - draw down a monthly allocation that resets each billing cycle.
Credits can also be purchased with HOME3 at any time. Buyer accounts receive a 10% discount on these purchases and Agent accounts 25%.
Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased credits remain on the account until used.
Tier status is read from the wallet connected to a Home3 account. Once the qualifying balance is held, the tier applies automatically - there is no separate upgrade step or subscription.
