Client communication

Centralised messaging, follow-ups, and keeping every party informed.

One thread per transaction

Communication is attached to the transaction rather than scattered across an inbox. Every message, update, and document request relating to a deal sits in one thread, visible to whoever is working on it.

This matters most when a deal changes hands - a coordinator picking up a transaction sees the full history rather than asking the agent to forward email chains.

Follow-ups

Routine client communication follows predictable patterns: confirming a milestone was met, chasing an outstanding document, updating on a contingency. Home3 PRO drafts these from the transaction state.

▪
Drafted, not sent

Every AI-drafted message is presented for review before sending. Nothing goes to a client without your approval.

▪
Triggered by state

Drafts are generated when a milestone completes, a deadline approaches, or a document remains outstanding.

▪
Editable templates

Frequently used messages can be saved as templates and adapted per client.

Status updates

Clients can receive a periodic summary of where their transaction stands - what has been completed, what is upcoming, and what needs their attention. This reduces the volume of "any news?" enquiries.

Managing parties

A transaction typically involves more than the client: co-agents, lenders, title, inspectors. Each party can be added to the transaction with a role, and communication can be directed to the relevant ones rather than broadcast.

Client contact details and communication history are stored against the transaction. See Security & support for how that data is handled.

Next: documents & e-signatures
