Any listing can be saved to your account from the search results or the property view. Saved properties are monitored - if the price changes, the listing is withdrawn, or the status updates, you are notified.
Scout accounts can save up to 25 properties. Buyer and Agent tiers have no limit. See Utility & tiers.
Saved properties can be grouped into named lists - by neighbourhood, by budget band, or by whatever distinction is useful to you. A property can sit in more than one list.
Lists can be shared with a partner, family member, or agent so everyone is evaluating the same set.
Any group of saved properties can be opened in comparison view, which places them in columns against a consistent set of rows.
Asking price, estimated monthly payment, and estimated closing costs.
Bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, and lot size.
Flood, fire, and other indicators where data covers the location.
Days on market, price history, and comparison to local comparables.
Rows can be reordered so the factors you care about most sit at the top.
Notes can be attached to any saved property - impressions from a viewing, questions for the agent, or concerns to follow up. Notes travel with the property into comparison view.
