Infrastructure for representing real-world property onchain - what it is, why tokenization matters, and where it stands.
Prop3 is infrastructure for representing real-world property onchain. Rather than a consumer application, it is the layer that makes tokenized ownership, verifiable property records, and new capital pathways technically possible across the Home3 ecosystem.
Property has historically been one of the least liquid and least accessible asset classes. Buying requires large amounts of capital, transactions are slow and document-heavy, and ownership records sit in fragmented, hard-to-verify systems. Prop3 addresses the infrastructure side of those problems.
Tokenization means representing a right or interest in a property as a digital record on a blockchain. That record can be verified independently, transferred without reconstructing a paper trail, and - where legally structured to allow it - divided into smaller units.
Three properties of onchain records matter for real estate:
Ownership and transaction history are recorded in a form that can be independently checked, rather than relying on a single custodian of the record.
A property interest can be represented in fractions, lowering the capital required to participate.
Onchain property records can connect to other onchain systems, including lending infrastructure like Loan3.
Represent property ownership onchain, opening the door to fractional participation where the legal structure permits it.
Onchain records intended to make property data easier to verify without intermediaries.
Infrastructure meant to connect real estate assets to onchain capital markets.
Prop3 is a technical layer for representing real assets, not a vehicle for trading synthetic exposure.
Prop3 sits beneath the consumer products. Home3 and Home3 PRO are where people search, analyse, and transact; Prop3 is the layer that would make an ownership interest in a property representable and transferable onchain.

Prop3 is in development and not yet available to the public. Tokenized real estate sits in a regulatory environment that varies significantly by jurisdiction, and the structures Prop3 can support will depend on what is permitted in each market.
Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or property interest. Availability, structure, and features are subject to regulatory requirements and may differ by jurisdiction.
