Credits are the unit of consumption inside Home3. Actions that require computation - AI analysis, generated reports, document review - draw from a credit balance rather than being billed individually.
Browsing, searching, and saving properties do not consume credits. Only metered actions do.
Generating market context and insight for a specific property.
Producing a written report on an area or comparable set.
Reading a contract or disclosure and extracting terms. Buyer and Agent tiers.
Comparative market analysis generation. Agent tier.
Longer analytical tasks that require substantially more processing. Agent tier, limited per cycle.
Exact credit cost per action is shown in the app before the action runs. Costs may be adjusted as the product develops.
Each tier receives a monthly credit allocation that resets at the start of the billing cycle.
Unused monthly credits do not roll over. The allocation resets to the full amount each cycle regardless of what remained.
Credits can be purchased with HOME3 at any point, independently of the monthly allocation. Purchased credits do not expire at the cycle boundary - they remain on the account until used.
Buyer accounts receive a 10% discount on credit purchases; Agent accounts receive 25%. Scout accounts pay the standard rate.
When the balance is insufficient for an action, Home3 shows the shortfall before the action runs rather than failing partway. You can buy credits at that point, wait for the cycle to reset, or raise your tier.
Nothing already generated is lost when credits run out. Saved properties, past analysis, and reports remain accessible.
Current balance and usage history are in account settings, itemised by action so you can see what consumed the allocation.
